How to Request a Price Match:

1. Before Purchase:

   • Contact our customer service team at sales@wisnuengine.com
   • Provide the details of the competitor’s lower price, including the retailer’s name, website, and the product’s exact price.
   • Our team will verify the information and match the price if it meets our criteria.

2. After Purchase:

   • If you find a lower price within 14 days of your purchase, contact our customer service team with your order details and the competitor’s pricing information.
   • We will verify the lower price and refund the difference to your original payment method.

Terms and Conditions:

• Price match requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• The Price Match Guarantee applies only to the product price, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of price match requests per customer.
